Harmony Haven Empty Harmony Haven

Harmony Haven is a place of wonder, a unique institute established by Gavin Seaborne as a milestone in his career as an adventurer.

This dilettante university is located in temperate forested mountains.

Facilities include a meditation hall, an extensive library, multiple gardens, a courtyard, an equipped kitchen, an acrobatics center, a music room, a hot spring, a waterfall, a lake, an ancient forest, climbing cliffs and caves, stables, a temple, a commonroom, bunkhouses, several hermitages, an archery, an occult area, a stage, greenhouses, storehouse, alchemy laboratory and an astrological observatory.

Aside from those mentioned above there is a special training facility, although it has restricted access.

To one side of this wagon-worthy road through the forest is a narrow, yet well-worn trail leading up the mountain. A signpost reads "Harmony Haven". The trail winds uphill through the woods, often the curves occur at memorable locations, such as a bubbling brooke, a moss-covered patch of boulders, and a meadow of pink, yellow and blue flowers. At an area particularly thick with needle-trees the trail bends for a final time revealing Harmony Haven, a beautiful plateau. A large clearing on the mountainside, against the cliffwall there are beautiful stone walls worked with all variations of masonic art ranging from gargoyles to angels, from vine-like patterns to mysterious looking runes, and from archways to towers. Multiple waterfalls come down the cliff on either side of the stone fortress, the left side forming a mountain lake, the right side providing a creek near the stables. One waterfall even splashes into a courtyard within the walls of the main building. There are several caves at varying heights along the cliffside, and it seems that the entire meadow itself is a natural garden and orchard, with a few small spots specifically looking to be tended in a traditional gardening style. There are walking paths leading around the clearing, winding through the trees, bushes, flowers and vegetables and also leading deeper into the woods and up the moutainside. The main trail leads up to the keep.

Alright, since we're playing here, I re-typed this so that we may begin!

You travel along a wagon-worthy road through The Forest. To one side of the road is a narrow, yet well-worn trail leading up the mountain. A signpost reads "Harmony Haven" in simple yet elegant white painted script... following the trail as it winds uphill through the woods, you find that the path often curves at small landmarks, such as a bubbling brooke, a moss-covered patch of boulders, and a meadow of pink, yellow and blue flowers... At an area particularly thick with dark green needle-trees, the trail bends and goes up a slope for a final time revealing "Harmony Haven," a beautiful mountain-side plateau...

The centerpiece of the grand clearing are ornately worked stone walls, with all variations of masonic art ranging from gargoyles to angels, from vine-like patterns to mysterious looking runes, and structural masterpieces from archways to towers. The walls themselves protrude from the face of a magnificent cliff, marked by several cavern entrances at various heights and divided beautifully by a dozen waterfalls which fill the air with the soothing sound of churning waters. On the left, several falls have formed a mountain lake, on the right side the water has created a creek which runs through a set of stables, quenching the thirst of a score of horses before winding into the forest. One waterfall even splashes into a courtyard within those great walls. The great clearing before you itself seems to be a park, a garden, and an orchard simultaneously. Flowers, fruits and vegetables grow scattered about as if planted by nature and a walking path meanders about, forks leading here and there to small plots of deliberately tended gardens. The trail upon which you stand leads up to a large gate in the walls, from which approaches a man garbed in white.

He greets you, introduces himself as Mr.White and in response to your awe he begins to explain this heavenly place. Harmony Haven is a place of wonder, a unique institution established by the world-reknown traveller, Gavin Seaborne, as a milestone in his career. This adventuring university has a variety of facilities in order to provide optimum training for whichever direction you desire. Facilities include a meditation hall, an extensive library, multiple gardens, a courtyard, a fully-equipped kitchen, an acrobatics center, an arsenal and training grounds, a music room, a hot spring, waterfalls, climbing cliffs and cavern networks, a lake, an ancient forest, the stables, a temple and many shrines, a commonroom, bunkhouses, several hermitages, an archery, an occult area, a stage, greenhouses, storehouses, alchemy laboratory and an astrological observatory, and more. There is really so much it's hard to remember it all, if you're looking for anything specific, please feel free to ask me or any of the alumni for help.

Oh and yes, access to the basic public facilities is free of charge and you're welcome to stay as long as you'd like so long as you follow the three rules... Do not harm others. Do not steal, and do not enter restricted areas. Other than that, please make yourself at home. If you have any questions for me now, do not hesitate to ask. Otherwise you may typically find me in the common room.
